Team with fashion leader to define new workspace standards and apply them via a renovation of its US headquarters.
Famed fashion house Burberry appointed SHCA to establish a Program of Requirements for its New York headquarters that would help the industry leader meet its business goals over the next 3 to 5 years.
The scope of work included developing new space standards and analyzing the client's storage and meeting space requirements. Once the Program was accepted, SHCA investigated a range of real estate scenarios, including how Burberry's current space may be reconfigured to more closely align with the company's functional and workplace goals.
The successful completion of the Program led to the development of new workplace standards and storage strategy, as well as the restacking and redesign of three floors at Burberry's US headquarters.
