The brief is to design a distinctive, modern, high quality mixed use building to appeal to high level income clients.
Tower Fly is a mixed used project of office accommodation and residences forming a 30,000 sq m (323,000 sq ft), 32 storey high-rise residential tower on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
The concept is a combination of curved glass reinforced concrete fibre panels and full height glazing which maximises sea views for all the 144 flats. This organic form gives different perspectives from various angles. Each flat benefits from private parking, basement storage and specialised security. There is a semi-Olympic swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre. Landscaping, including a seasonal flower and reflection pool will cover 900f the total plot to achieve an attractive and changing environment.
The 4,000 sq m (43,000 sq ft) administration office is beneath the residence tower.
