A strong concept of developing modular elements such as Support Hubs, office clusters and workstation clusters became instrumental in designing flexible, typical floors.

Flexibility and modularity of furniture systems for both offices and workstations was a critical factor.

The layer of perimeter offices was perforated with fritted glass allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the floors.

Pantry and copy areas were incorporated into major circulation paths and became collaboration and interaction zones.

The Staff Dining area was conceived, by the design team, as a respite from the dense, ordered grid of the typical floors.

The Conference Center is designed to convey a sense of Moody’s rich history as well as their Global presence and perspective.

The dozens of conference rooms that comprise the floor are entered through wood-paneled portals which punctuate the generous corridors and lead to quiet, refined rooms with extraordinary views of Lower Manhattan.

Visitors to the Center are greeted in a gracious reception area that is dominated by a large golden bas-relief panel - a reproduction of the sculpture that graced their main entrance on Church Street for fifty years.
