Project Crystal is a 127,000 sq m (1,370,000 sq ft) residential complex whose three towers rise from a shared retail/office podium. The first project developed in the 'New Moscow Ring' neighborhood, it was designed to LEED Silver standards. The 35-and 45-story towers are significantly taller than the other structures in the area, establishing Project Crystal's iconic status in the local skyline.
A unitized metal and low-energy glass exterior skin wraps the towers - a first in Moscow. This exterior wall system is not only an attractive solution but also economical and efficiently installed.
Retail shops, arranged along a two-story public mall, are complemented by residential support spaces, a fitness center and common room. Project Crystal's graciously landscaped grounds are a seamless extension of the adjacent public park.
