The Chairman of this leading insurance company called for a 'one flag, one firm' culture. Our intention was to simply create an economic and efficient workplace that expresses the Willis culture and brand within the context of this landmark city building.
Our early strategic planning involvement in the building at 51 Lime Street enabled us to beneficially influence aspects of the base-build design and improve the building's sub-let strategy.

The CAT A & B fit-out has 16 floors of general office space and 6 amenity floors. The general office space is almost entirely open plan to encourage collaboration between all staff levels and affords excellent daylight and cityscape views for all to enjoy. The amenities include a 400 seat staff restaurant, a deli, a 200 seat auditorium, a gym, an executive floor, and a client meeting suite with fine dining.

The economic fit-out skilfully blends contemporary design with traditional references to result in a very successful and fit-for-purpose workplace.
